When arriving to the hotel, please go to the Event Reception table to sign in and receive important information.

DRESS CODE
Wear business casual for the conference/lectures
Wear shoes at all times.
Bring swimsuit in case you want to use the indoor swimming pool
(The use of the pool by a minor has to be signed and authorized by parents)
You may go to the pool on brakes if you have time and come back to lectures appropriately dressed.
We will have free time on Saturday evening from 7pm - 10pm. Use this time for sauna and pool

In case you found any lost items please bring it to Seicho-No-Ie library booth

Sunday check out time 12:00 noon - Please be ready. You may take your luggage earlier to front desk to hold it for you
Seminar ends at 1:20 PM followed by lunch.
HOTEL ROOMS: There is only one Queen bed in all rooms.
if you are sharing with someone and prefer to sleep in another bed
Bring your own sleeping bed or ask in advance for us to provide one.
The hotel has very few of this beds and we might have to bring our own.
