Learn Shinsokan Meditation
Shinsokan Meditation is not a means of placing certain conditions or requests before God to right a wrong, heal a disease, or attain some other selfish wish. Rather, Shinsokan is the way to recognize the God within, and therefore our own perfection as we are, and thus become sincerely grateful to God, oneself, all people, and all things. To practice Shinsokan effectively, bear in mind its five elements: 1. Posture, 2. Breathing, 3. Invocation, 4. Word of the meditation, 5. Affirmation. |

Prayer for World Peace
God’s infinite love flows into me, and shines forth from me
As a brilliant spiritual light of love.
The spiritual light of love grows and grows in intensity covering the entire world,
And filling the hearts of all everyone with thoughts
Only of Love, Peace, Order and the Truth of oneness in God.
Joint Prayer Prompted by Humanitarian Love
God’s love fills all of earth to overflowing, and all emotions contrary to love are being wiped
out by his love. All of humanity, all races, are receiving God’s love without exception and are
therefore experiencing a deep sense of love for each other. Hereafter, there is no longer any
anger, hatred, malice and strife in this world. (Watashiwa Koshite Inoru [This Is How I Pray],
p. 162)
Divine Message of GRAND HARMONY
Be reconciled with the whole universe. When you are so reconciled the whole universe is your
friend. When the whole universe is your friend nothing whatever can harm you. To be hurt
by something or attacked by bacteria or an evil spirit is proof that you are not reconciled with
everything in the universe. Therefore reflect upon yourself and be reconciled. This was the
meaning of my teaching long ago, first to be reconciled with your brothers before making
offerings at the altar of God. The greatest among your brothers and sisters are your parents.
Those who are grateful to God but cannot be grateful to their parents are against the Divine
Will. To be reconciled with the whole universe means to be grateful to everything in the
universe. True reconciliation cannot be achieved by patience or forbearance with one another.
To be patient or forbearing is not to be reconciled from the bottom of your heart. When you
are grateful to one another, true reconciliation is achieved. Those who are grateful to God but
cannot be grateful to everything in the universe are not reconciled with the whole universe. If
you are not reconciled with the whole universe, although God wishes to save you, your
thought waves of strife will hinder you from receiving God’s waves of salvation. Be grateful to
the blessings from your country. Be grateful to your parents. Be grateful to your husband or
wife. Be grateful to your children. Be grateful to those who serve you. Be grateful to all people.
Be grateful to everything in the universe. Within those thoughts of gratitude you will find me
and receive my salvation. Since I am All of everything, I am found only in reconciliation with
the whole universe. You cannot see me here or there. I therefore cannot be contacted through
a medium. Do not think that God will come if called on through a medium. If you wish to call
on me, first be reconciled with everything in the universe. Since I am Love, I shall appear
when you have become reconciled with the whole universe.

Divine Message of PERFECT HEALTH AND ETERNAL BLISS
Originally there is no disease to cause suffering. Nor is there agony to cause suffering. A mind
that takes pride in suffering saying, “This is how much I am suffering,” is a mind that invites
illness. A mind wanting to suffer to follow the sufferings of Christ is also a foolish mind.
Christ was divine and never had suffering. His cross signifies divine bliss rather than
suffering. In no way can a child of God suffer. Nor in any way can he be confronted by
adversity. As he acts with complete trust in the Almighty, everything will become divine bliss
in consonance with the will of God, in complete harmony with the divine order like flowing
water. When one becomes enlightened to the Truth, a mind that prides itself in suffering, as
well as the mind that abhors suffering, will both vanish. In their place will be born a truly
peaceful outlook in which there is no room for either suffering or hardship—in fact, where
both pain and pleasure are completely transcended. Those who attain this realization will
experience a complete transformation in their being, a sweeping change of heaven and earth,
and their lives will be filled only with songs of praise. The True Image is divine bliss that
transcends both pain and pleasure. A “pleasure” which you usually refer to is not a true
“pleasure” that when such “pleasure” is sought, it inevitably gives rise to suffering. It is false
to claim that there is pleasure in satisfying the five corporeal senses. Since “pleasure” of the
five senses in essence is never true pleasure, it will surely change into suffering. The True
Image transcends this kind of deceptive pain and pleasure, for it itself is true pleasure, that is,
divine bliss. That true pleasure is the essence of the eternal self, the child of God. And the
child of God is man himself—there is no other. When we speak of the real man, we are
speaking of one whose essence is the eternal bliss in perfect health, without suffering,
without vexation, and indestructible. The physical body is not man – it is a shadow, a
footprint of the human mind. The one who is destined to fall to ruin is not the real man. All of
you, see the True Image of yourself which knows no suffering, affliction, or disease.

Words with Which to Attain Infinite Abundance
God who is the source of all wealth and supply grants to me everything I need and desire in
infinite abundance. As heir to God’s wealth I am granted God-given abilities in infinite
abundance. I am granted, and I accept, God’s blessings which come to me in an abundant
flow. Since God prospers, I, as an heir to God, will also prosper abundantly. Since God’s
wealth never dries up, my wealth also will not dry up. In everything that I do I will “give of
myself” abundantly to others. Why? Because I know that if I do so I will receive from God an
infinite supply of all that I need. I make my offering to God and He compensates me
accordingly. A shining supply of wealth flows into me endlessly from the abundant flow of
God’s life. With love and gratitude in my heart, I accept this gift from God.
